An experienced lawyer in Wilmington, Delaware, Kathleen Campbell Davis draws on two decades of experience practicing law to represent individuals and committees in commercial bankruptcy proceedings. Kathleen Campbell Davis is also well-versed in civil litigation, insolvency, debtor, and creditor rights, among other finance-related cases. She serves as an attorney at Campbell & Levine, LLC.

Kathleen Campbell Davis has a bachelor’s degree in literature and philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh and a JD from the university’s law school. While completing her law studies, she did an internship at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General in the civil litigation division. Before joining Campbell & Levine, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Lawrence O’Toole.
